END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR INTERNAL QBO CONNECTOR
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between Canada Savon Autoparts Corporation (CSAC) and the authorized internal user or contractor ("User") granting access to the private QuickBooks Online data integration tool ("Connector").
BY CONNECTING OR RUNNING THIS APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DISCONNECT THE CONNECTOR IMMEDIATELY.
1. Scope of Use & Read-Only Access
  • Internal Use Only: This Connector is a proprietary, private utility built exclusively for the internal business operations of CSAC. It is not authorized for public distribution or commercial sale.
  • Read-Only Restriction: This Connector is strictly designed for read-only access. It extracts financial records, ledger entries, and transaction logs from QuickBooks Online to generate reports or dashboards. It does not have write privileges and cannot create, edit, or delete any financial records within the QuickBooks database.
2. Data Security & Confidentiality
  • Data Handling: Financial data pulled via this Connector must be handled with the highest level of confidentiality. Users are strictly prohibited from exporting, sharing, or downloading data retrieved by this tool unless authorized for specific business reporting.
  • Credential Security: The Connector utilizes secure tokens (OAuth) to communicate with Intuit. Users must not attempt to intercept, copy, or expose these integration keys or tokens.
3. Compliance and Monitoring
  • Intuit Terms: The use of this Connector must comply with Intuit’s Developer Terms and standard QuickBooks Online security protocols.
  • Activity Logging: All data extraction requests performed through this private connection are subject to internal audit logging. The Company reserves the right to monitor data usage patterns to ensure internal security compliance.
4. Limitation of Liability
This tool is provided "as is" for internal efficiency. The Company is not liable for temporary data sync delays or connectivity issues caused by Intuit API outages or routine server maintenance.

By deploying or utilizing this Connector within your workflow, you confirm that you understand its read-only nature and agree to adhere to the company's financial data handling policies.
